Retribution damage against creeps and minions is increased to 150%. When cast on an enemy hero, deals them 100 True Damage and steals HP equal to 250 plus 20% of the caster's extra HP from them for 4 seconds. Retribution is upgraded when the total number of creep kills, hero kills, and assists reaches 5.
