Storylines

Aurora's double upset

Aurora Gaming PH beat TNC and then ONIC, both 2–1, to move from 6–5 to 8–5. That is enough for fourth place, and by our count it also locks in a playoff spot: the three teams below Omega cannot reach eight points, and Omega can only reach seven.

Four are in, two spots are open

Falcons, Liquid PH, ONIC and Aurora are all safe by the same arithmetic. Fifth and sixth are the fight. Omega hold fifth on six points and play only AP.Bren, so a win on Friday takes them to seven, which TNC cannot match. TNC sit sixth on four points with ONIC and Falcons still to play. AP.Bren have one match left and can reach four points at most.

Falcons against Liquid for first

Falcons have lost one series all season and lead by two points, but Liquid PH have a match in hand. If Falcons beat TNC on Friday they reach 12 points, the most Liquid can finish on, so Sunday's finale is likely to decide first place, with game difference as the first tiebreaker. Liquid also have ONIC on Friday and Twisted Minds on Thursday before that.

Twisted Minds' last chance

At 0–12 with two games won all season, Twisted Minds can no longer reach the top six. Their last two series are Liquid PH on Thursday and Aurora on Sunday.

The top four are settled. What is left is who finishes first, and whether Omega or TNC takes the last two playoff spots.
