The MLBB October 2026 events are built around the game's 10th anniversary, and the headline is a free Collector skin for Layla. Here is every event and skin reported for the month, with the dates that have been published so far.
A note on sourcing: Moonton has not published a full October calendar. The dates below come from leak roundups by GamingonPhone and esports.gg, so treat them as reported rather than confirmed, and check the in-game Events tab before you spend.

How to get the free Layla Collector skin
Layla "Prismatic Rhythm" is the anniversary giveaway. It is reported to be earned through the Layla's Stellar Gala event from 9 October, by completing the event's missions and then claiming the skin within two weeks of finishing them.
A free Collector skin is unusual. Collector skins normally sit behind a Grand Collection draw, so this is the one event worth finishing even if you ignore everything else this month.
Promo diamonds return
The Promo Diamonds event is reported to start on 9 October with more than 800 promo diamonds on offer. As in previous years, they are collected now and spent later: the reports say they become usable in November, which would line up with the leaked Double 11 event.
If you are saving for one skin, collect the promo diamonds through October and hold your own diamonds until the November sale opens.
New skins in October 2026
Hayabusa "Kitsune's Shadow"
October's Starlight skin. A bonus Painted version is reported to cost 100 diamonds, available only to Starlight Pass holders.
Sun "Celestial Rebel"
Sun's second Collector skin, in the Mecha Titan line. Revamped Collector skins for Paquito, Aamon, Angela and Brody are also reported for the same collection event, along with revamped Lucky Box skins for Kaja, Guinevere and Uranus.
Aspirants 5.0
Two skins, Obsidia "Imperatrix Arashi" and Selena "Silverbot Raiko", in a bingo-style draw from 9 October.
Zilong "Ascendant of Flame" and Helcurt "Scorpio"
Zilong's Create Epic skin is tied to the anniversary recharge event on 16 October. Helcurt's Zodiac skin follows on 23 October.
What to prioritise
- Finish the Layla missions. It is the only Collector skin of the month that costs nothing.
- Collect promo diamonds every day the event runs. Missed days are usually gone for good.
- Claim the Friends Fest skins and the free Epic. Both are listed as free.
- Hold your diamonds if you want Kagura's Legend skin or the Double 11 discounts.
A free Collector skin, a free Epic and 800 promo diamonds make this an unusually generous month. The catch, as ever, is that the best paid skins arrive a month later.
