Team Falcons PH are going to the M8 World Championship. They beat Aurora Gaming PH 3–2 in the MPL Philippines Season 18 upper bracket final on 23 October, coming from behind twice, and are into Sunday's grand final. Both grand finalists qualify for M8, so Falcons have the first of MPL Philippines' two places.
How the series went

| 3 | Aurora Gaming PH | 15:05 |

Aurora led 1–0 and 2–1. Falcons survived the longest game of the series to force a decider, then closed it out in under 12 minutes with Hylos, Hirara, Pharsa, Cici and Kalea.
It is the end of a run for Aurora, who had won both of their playoff series, including a 3–1 over regular-season leaders Team Liquid PH the day before. They are not out: they drop to the lower bracket final with one more chance at M8.
